Established in 1989, Hospital Lane Dental Clinic * delivers private, high specification dental treatment from its brand new site in Kent, England. The Clinic is committed to using the most modern, up-to-date techniques and materials in order to deliver the highest quality of service.
As one of the UK's leading private dental practices, Hospital Lane Dental Clinic knew its customer service had to be nothing less than excellent to attract and retain patients. It also knew that to offer this level of service it needed to replace its ageing telephony system, which was proving unreliable, inflexible and lacking in sophistication.
The Clinic chose to upgrade its telephony equipment to coincide with the move to a stylish new, purpose-built clinic.
Hospital Lane partnered with communications specialists Icom, who recommended the Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 which offered a breadth of telephony functions in a single box. 20 digital handsets were also purchased, including the Nortel Business Series Terminal T7316Es in reception, Nortel Business Series Terminal T7208s for surgeons, and Nortel Business Series Terminal T7100s in other areas of the building. The Clinic now has the use of up to six lines that can be routed anywhere in the building should receptionists be busy.
